In 2015, Emilie founded EYM Design, a European-style interior design company. She has handled a variety of residential projects, including high-end remodels in Berkeley and Montclair near San Francisco, CA, and in the charming Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle, WA. On the commercial side, Emilie undertook the exotic project of renovating a 20-room historic hotel in Cuzco, Peru, managing workers and artists to give the hotel a second life, which subsequently became renowned.

After relocating her business to Saint Petersburg, Florida, Emilie Tesniere has successfully renovated and designed several homes, blending modern and historical styles with her unique European-inspired touch. She transformed her 3500 sqft home in the 1929 Pasadena Lake neighborhood and designed a high-end home in Madeira Beach, which sold in less than two months. Emilie also renovated a townhome in Clearwater, adding charm with updates to the kitchen, bathroom, floors, and more. Her work continued with the renovation of a mid-century home, which sold quickly, and a large 3500 sqft house in Allendale Terrace, where she combined classic Parisian style with modern elements, culminating in a sale of over a million dollars in March 2024. Emilie’s projects consistently showcase her ability to transform spaces with elegance and functionality.
